The terms of the book
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms are between your shop and Mizuron (the trade name of Yashasvi Nilesh Jariwala, GSTIN 24AZRPJ0749D1ZE; 2nd Floor, Privilon, East Wing, SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054), which makes Gulabi Bahi. By opening an account at app.gulabibahi.com you agree to them on the shop's behalf. How we look after the shop's data is in the privacy note.
1. The free trial
Every shop starts with 30 days free on the plan it picks, or longer with an offer code we have given you. The days start the first time the shop's owner logs in, not the day the account is opened. No card is asked for and nothing is charged during the trial.
2. Plans and paying
- Bahi, ₹7,999 a year plus GST: one login. Dukaan, ₹11,999 a year plus GST: up to three logins, with stock and reports.
- Before a trial or a paid year ends, Mizuron sends a GST invoice from billing@mizuron.com. A year runs from the day the payment is recorded.
- Prices can change, but never during a year you have paid for; a new price applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before it.
- If the book isn't right for your shop, write to support@mizuron.com and we refund the days left in your paid year, worked out day by day. Download your books first; they stay yours.
3. When a trial or a year runs out
The books become read-only: every bill, khata and statement can still be opened, printed and downloaded, but new ones can't be saved. Paying opens them again, with nothing lost. If a shop doesn't renew, we keep its books read-only for 90 days and email the admin before we delete them.
4. The shop's books are the shop's
Everything a shop puts in the book stays its own. The admin can download all of it at any time, and we will never hold it back over an unpaid invoice.
5. What the shop looks after
- Who it gives logins to, and what they do with them. Each person has their own login; don't share one. Keep passwords to yourselves, and tell us at once at support@mizuron.com if you think someone else has one. What is done with a shop's login is the shop's responsibility until it has told us.
- Its bills. The book works out weights, fine metal, GST and totals, and numbers tax invoices in an unbroken series, but the shop issues the bill and answers for what is on it, including its GST filings. Check a bill before you hand it over.
- The rates it enters. The book prices bills from the rates the shop sets each day; it does not supply market rates, and a figure worked out from a wrong rate is the shop's to correct.
- The law of its trade: GST, hallmarking and HUID, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and its customer checks, cash limits, and any record the law asks a jeweller to keep. The book helps keep records; it is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and doesn't replace the shop's accountant.
- Keeping its own copy. The admin can download the whole book any day, and we ask shops to do so regularly.
5A. Fair use
The shop must not use the book, or let anyone use it:
- to record or hide dealings in stolen, smuggled or unlawfully held goods, or to launder money;
- to make false bills, or bills for sales that did not happen;
- to try to reach another shop's books, test or break our security, or overload the service;
- to copy, resell or rebuild the book, or take its code apart.
6. What Mizuron looks after
- Keeping the book running, and backing every shop up every night.
- Fixing what is wrong with the book when you tell us, at support@mizuron.com.
- Telling you before planned work that would stop the book, and as soon as we can when something breaks.
We work to keep the book open every day but can't promise it never stops. The book is provided as it is, and we make no promise beyond what these terms say: not that it suits every shop's way of working, nor that it is free of every fault.
6A. Limits on what we owe
- If something on our side goes wrong, what Mizuron owes in all is at most what the shop paid us in the twelve months before it happened.
- Mizuron is not liable for lost profit, lost business, tax or penalties, a customer's claim against the shop, or any indirect loss, however it comes about.
- If data is lost on our side, what we do is put the shop's books back from our most recent backup; we are not liable for what was entered after it.
- Nor for what is beyond our reasonable control: power or internet failure at the shop, the failure of a provider we rely on, natural disaster, war, strike or an order of government.
- The shop will make good any loss Mizuron suffers because of a bill the shop issued, a breach of these terms by the shop or anyone using its logins, or the shop breaking the law.
Nothing here limits what the law does not allow to be limited.
7. Closing an account
A shop can stop at any time by writing to support@mizuron.com; download the books first. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling the admin why and giving the shop time to download its books, unless the law or a danger to other shops means we can't wait.
We may also pause an account at once, without deleting anything in it: if we believe a login has been stolen, to protect the books; if the shop breaks the fair-use terms above; or when the law, a court or a government authority requires it. We tell the admin why by email, and open it again when the reason has passed.
8. Changes, and the law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we email each shop's admin before the change takes effect; using the book after that is agreeing to them. We may email, call or message the shop's admins about its account, its bills from us and changes to the book.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. A dispute is first for the two of us to settle by talking, within 30 days. If that fails, it goes to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Ahmedabad, in English; subject to that, the courts at Ahmedabad alone decide it.
The software, the name Gulabi Bahi and everything we built remain Mizuron's; the shop has the right to use them while its account is open. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, the privacy note and the cookie note are the whole agreement about the book.
