What is Gulabi Bahi?

Billing and khata software for jewellers, made in Jaipur by Mizuron with the shops of Johari Bazaar. Bills, job work, stock and each customer's account in metal and in rupees, in one book that runs in a web browser.

Does it work out fine weight for job work?

Yes. Type gross weight, purity and wastage and it gives fine weight the way the trade does, cut (not rounded) at three decimals, and keeps each party's fine-metal balance alongside their rupee balance.

We still keep a handwritten bahi. Do we have to type in years of it?

No. Each party's opening balance, in money and fine metal, is one line. Start from today and keep the old bahi on the shelf.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes, two ways: the practice shop at try.gulabibahi.com, open to anyone with nothing to sign up for, and thirty days free on your own books, counted from your first login, with no card asked for.

What does it cost?

Bahi is ₹7,999 a year and Dukaan ₹11,999 a year, before GST. One honest price, no monthly plan, nothing to install and no yearly maintenance fee on top.

Will my CA accept the bills and reports?

Tax invoices carry HSN, purity, making charges and GST by rate, on A4. Sales, GST and party statements download for any dates as Excel workbooks.

Is my shop's data safe?

Each shop's books are kept on our servers and copied every night. Logins are your mobile number and your own password; we email you when your login is used on a new device. Mizuron's staff can't read your bills, rates or customers, and you can download all of it any day.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It's a web app, so it opens on a phone, tablet or the shop computer, with the same books on each.
